The  compay was established in 2006 by George Pittarokilis in Athens, Greece. George studied Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Crete (Polytechnio Kritis) and he obtained an MSc in Management Studies from the Brunel University of London.

 

Having a swift growth of over 120 renovation projects within 5 years, the company opens a branch in Larissa in 2010 to expand the activities in Northern Greece in partnership with Constantine Ntinis who is also an Industrial Engineer from the Technical University of Crete.

 

Up until now the company has completed more than 300 projects to both residential and commercial properties all over Greece by managing the entire project from conceptual stage to handover within the costs, time, quality and safety parameters.

 

The reliability and the sustainability of the firm has made 'Metaplasis Building Renovation' an associate of P.OM.ID.A, the Hellenic Property Federation which is a member of UIPI, the International Union of Property Owners. 

 

Today the firm is expanding its building contracts activities beyond Greece.

Always in collaboration with local Architects and Consultants a well organized  team is travelling from Greece to every project site and undertakes the renovation with focus on meeting every single project specification.
